“Card tower”
15/05/2013

Hi! Today I’d like to share with you some information on Insollo Entertainment’s new project “Card tower”. The project is based on the Leap Motion technology. Some words about the technology itself: it is based on the technology of motion capture for transmission of impact from a person to a PC. The Leap Motion controller is a small USB peripheral device which is designed to be placed on a physical desktop, facing upward. Using two cameras and three infrared LEDs, the device observes a roughly hemispherical area, to a distance of about 1 meter. It is designed to track fingers (or similar items such as a pen) which cross into the observed area, to a spatial precision of about 0.01 mm.

Developers of the Leap provided Insollo Entertainment with a unique possibility to develop an application based on this revolutionary technology. Our application is a simulator of assembling a card tower. With the Leap device the game becomes an exciting interactive experience for the whole family where each one can compete in light hand and agility. The game will be a multiplayer supporting a rating system.

The Leap Motion technology allowed our team to materialize in this project the ideas and ambitions which were unapproachable before. We set great hopes on our game. Stay with us and we’ll tell you more about our product in the nearest future.

“Winter Nights: Mobile Games Conference” is over
13/02/2013
“Winter Nights: Mobile Games Conference” – the conference of mobile game developers – is over. 2 days of tight meeting schedule, impressions of reports, and the grand-city of Saint Petersburg have fallen behind. Nevosoft, Big Fish, i-FREE, FishLabs, Chillingo, Playfirst, Wooga and many other companies are among those with representatives of which we were able to schedule a meeting. We gained lots of new business relations and just new acquaintances.  The conference broadened our perspectives, gave new knowledge necessary for forthcoming successful development of mobile games.  We are grateful to the conference organizers and participants for a unique atmosphere and interesting reports.
